* Once an Artistic Layout video wall is created and saved, you cannot switch it back to a Grid Layout
 +
: Workaround: Delete the Artistic Layout configuration and create a new video wall

* (10598) Mapping a 3D-Acceleration VideoWall to Cloud Desktop will block onboard station
+
* Mapping a GPU-Accelerated Video Wall to supported session containers disables onboard station
** Workaround: When using Cloud Desktop as a Video Wall, either disable 3D acceleration, or do not use the onboard station.

* (10923) While playing short files, too quickly (i.e. 5 second movies), individual display in a video wall may go dark for few seconds
+
* Atrust m321 zero-client device doesn't properly support DVI->HDMI or DVI->VGA converters (10744)
 +
: Workaround: Use DVI monitors only on the Atrust m321

* (10581,10100) USB storage is not supported in Cloud Desktop or LInux Desktop when running on the Video Wall
+
* Images larger than 10800 x 8552 pixels may not display properly(10769)
 +
: Workaround: Keep images smaller than 10800 pixels wide and 8552 pixels tall

* (10389) The GPU-Assisted Decoding feature is only supported under Signage Player session container
+
* Video wall Color Calibration does not work with host PC/server (10843)

* (10389) The GPU-Assisted Acceleration feature is only supported under Cloud Desktop and Web Browser session containers
+
* Color Calibration will not reapply after zero client is manually disconnected/reconnected (10861)
 +
: Workaround: Restart or reset the zero client

* (10584) Video walls with multiple movie files should either disable sound, or ensure the sound channels are the same across all files. Playing multiple movie files that switches to different audio configurations (stereo vs. surround sound) can cause the video wall to restart
+
* Blackmagic session container lists down resolutions not supported by the hardware (10870)
 +
: Workaround: Confirm that your HDMI source media supports the resolution and frame-rate the HDMI Capture session is configured to use.

* (10589) After rotation is applied under Artistic Layout, Broadcast Messages and Station IDs will not appear rotated
+
* HDMI audio not currently supported (10896)

* (10140) Any given movie file must utilize all video wall displays. In other words, if a file’s aspect ratio is different from a video wall’s aspect ratio and it is set to “Scale to Fit”, the video wall will not start. To resolve, resize the video wall aspect, or use the “Zoom to Full Screen” option.
+
* Nvidia onboard not supported in video wall install (10916)
 +
** Workaround: Userful Network Video Wall is optimized for Intel® GPUs. Use a Intel® 4th generation GPU for the best results

* (10536,10115) DisplayLink zero-client devices are not supported
+
* Duplicate display IDs can show up in Rise Vision (CMS) interface (11029)
** Workaround: Use SMSC-based zero-client devices

* (10561) Avoid opening Control Center via multiple browser windows, all editing the same video wall configuration. The Calibration program will not run.
+
* When Duplicate IP address are detected in the network, the warning message displayed in Control Center is cramped (11150)

* (10861) Color Calibration will not reapply after zero client is manually disconnected/reconnected.
+
* Inside Scaling on rotated Signage Player video walls does not scale properly (11178)
** Workaround: Restart or reset the zero client.
+
: Workaround: Use Outside Scaling

* (10871) Stations assigned to videowalls or session containers would not be listed while creating a new video wall
+
* The Show Station ID feature may not work on stations running a Linux Desktop which has been locked by the screensaver (11589)
** Workaround: Move the station to the Unmapped area on Station Mapping page, then edit the video wall to assign the station.
+
: Workaround: Unlock or disable the screensaver, then press Show Station IDs button in Control Center

* (10820) When stations enter DPMS via X, they may not resume properly
+
* Display Link devices not supported (11654)
** Workaround: Disable DPMS support in Control Center > Display Settings -> Power Management
+
: Workaround: Display Link GPU does not provide adequate bandwidth to support video playback. Use an SMSC GPU based zero-client

* (10870) HDMI Capture session is listing resolutions the hardware/driver doesn't support
+
* TN-750 and TN-502 devices are not supported in Video Wall solution(11668)
** Workaround: Confirm that your HDMI source media supports the resolution and frame-rate the HDMI Capture session is configured to use.

* (10899) Video wall - canvas may not zoom out after adding stations
+
* Same user logged in on multiple stations cannot output sound properly (11672)
** Workaround: Use the scroll bars to move around the editor window

* (10876) HDMI Capture card pass through port doesn't work
+
* When calibrating a video wall, unrelated video walls will be shut down. This is required because the calibration process needs to be exclusive to the host PC/server (11868)

* (10843) Video wall Color does not work with Host PC station
+
* Using Blackmagic Design DeckLink Duo HDMI Capture card, transitions between HDMI capture sources can result in a flicker of 0.5 to 1.0 seconds (11918)

* (10912) DVI/DP onboard not showing X windows after launch
+
* Audio playback is not supported for Network Streamer Session Container (11927)
** Workaround: Reset the System Database and reboot with the DVI or DP connections plugged in.

* (10916) Nvidia onboard not supported in video wall install
+
* Slow USB storage transfer speeds on Linux Desktop (11612)
** Workaround: Userful Network Video Wall 7.3 is optimized for Intel® GPUs. Use a Intel® 4th generation GPU for the best results.

* (10915) Open an assigned video wall, delete it, but do not immediately hit apply. You can be left with unmappable stations that are permanently stuck on the video wall.
+
* Adding and removing a row in grid video wall can cause the video wall to miscalculate its sizes (11978)
** Workaround is to do a full System Reset (from Control Center > Help and Support > Reset Userful VideoWall), or to avoid this process in Station Mapping
+
: Workaround: Close and reopen the video wall calibration dialog to resolve. Note that running video walls are unaffected by this problem

* (10881) Some translated strings in UCC have not been reviewed by native speakers, and may sound odd.
+

* (10744) Atrust M321 zero-client device doesn't properly support DVI->HDMI or DVI->VGA converters
+
* Linux Desktop session container is not compatible with SELinux security extension (12139)
** Workaround: Use DVI monitors only on the Atrust M321
+
