Introduction

UIEvolution is a cloud-based Content Management Solution (CMS). UIEvolution Player is integrated in Userful making it easy for users to play digital signage content created on UIEvolution Experience Manager. Through this session container, user can output multiple content such as video-on-demand, streaming radio, etc. to different displays.

Station Mapping: Creating a UIEvolution Player Session Container

Station Mapping allows you to bind a station or video wall to UIEvolution Player. To create UIEvolution Player session container:

  1. Click on Station Mapping > New Session Container. From the drop-down select "UIEvolution Player" as the preferred session container type and give a name
  2. Enter the "Device ID" (generated through Experience Manager portal)
  3. Click "OK" to complete the process

Map Stations to UIEvolution

UIEvolution Session Container

Once session container is created, stations or video wall can be "mapped" or assigned by simply dragging-and-dropping the video wall or station icon to the session container.

To change the session container configuration (for example, to change the name), click on the session name to open the "Edit Session Container" window and make the changes.


Note: Changes will not take effect until the "Apply" button is clicked.
