Known Issues
Following are the known issues with the release of Userful™ 9.1.2
- Rebooting the system may change the configured display resolution to preferred resolution (14988)
- Clicking Stop button through Source Switcher UI may not show welcome screen if it is ON under Control Center > Mapping (14887)
- Reconnecting the zero client device(s) assigned to a video wall may restart the video wall playback (14884)
- If two overlapped video wall zones share the same control display, the video wall playback may encounter problem (14319)
- Workaround: Select different control displays for the overlapped video wall zones
- Capturing a PC with color space set to RGB may show artifacts mostly visible with text on the display (14308)
- Workaround: Change the color space of the PC
- Depending on system load and network, minor stuttering can be seen during the first 3 seconds of playing a video (14250)
- If the last played video wall zone contains a display, which is the control display of other zones:
- Playing/Stopping the last played video wall zone will restart the content playback on the previous played zone (14189)
- Playing non-Interactive source (e.g. Signage Player), the last played zone will get the sound output
- Workaround: Control display of a video wall zone should not be the part of the other video wall zone
- Changing static IP address of a NIC that has a DHCP server assigned to it, does not update the DHCP settings (14169)
- Workaround: Disable the DHCP server when changing IP address, wait until the Control Center notifies that the DHCP is fully offline and then enable the DHCP server
- Transitioning from Video Capture source to Signage Player source may result in loss of audio while using Source Switcher or Preset Switcher (14163)
- Playing signage content over stand-alone 1080p display may result in video stuttering (14077)
- Workaround: Lower the bit-rate of the video
- Stopping the last played overlapped video wall zone with Direct Sync disabled may result in white screen on the overlapped portion (14058)
- Mapping multiple displays to Video Capture source may cause kernel panic (13933)
- Workaround: Enable "Mirror Groups" when you map multiple displays to Video Capture source
- Color Calibrating a video wall may not work if Direct Sync is enabled (13506)
- Switching zones between different sources with Direct Sync enabled may restart the existing video wall (13384)

- Workaround: Assign the video wall or display to a different Signage Player source and then assign it back to the intended source

- Webcams connected to Network zero-client for video capturing are not supported (12939)
- GPU-Accelerated video walls do not support mirroring (12828)
- Lowering the display resolution of 1080p monitor to 640x480 may cause black screen (12562)
- Plugin/out of USB hub from an Atrust m321 zero-client device do not wake display from DPMS sleep (12181)

- The Same user logged in on multiple displays cannot output sound correctly (11672)
- Workaround: Use "AutoLogin" source for multiple sessions
