Here is a list of printers that work exceptionally well with Userful software. Generally, we recommend networked printers that use PCL 6 and/or PostScript, and have about 32 MB of RAM. The printers are listed by the amount of pages per month printed. Simply multiply the typical daily printer output by 30, and you should have a good idea of what you will need. (Note - links lead to off-site web pages).

• Short warm-up period

Xerox Phaser 3500n

• Optional duplex printing

More than 3,000 prints per month

Océ cm2520

• Can also fax and photocopy
• Can print up to 75,000 sheets a month

Ricoh Aficio MP 6500

• 8,300 sheet maximum capacity
• Photocopy speed of 65 pages per minute
