How to Get Userful Desktop Technical Support

If you ever need help or have a question about your Userful Desktops, there's good news! We have recently increased our number of Support staff and improved our processes to serve you better. Here are some tips for getting help:

Step 1: Visit our Support Page at It has lots of useful information about installation, trouble-shooting and recommendations for extra hardware like printers.

Step 2: If you need more help, click the "Contact Support" link under "Other Options". If you have a Userful Customer Support Account login, use that here.

Step 3: Fill out the Support Ticket form, including your full email address and name, and as much information as you can about what you need help with. Click the "Submit" button to create a ticket.

Step 4: With a Customer Center Account, you can check on the status of any of your cases. If you don't have an account, let us know and we'll set one up for you.

Step 5: If your issue is an emergency, feel free to call us at 1-866-USERFUL (866-873-7385) from 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM MST. We will be happy to hear from you.
