Known Issues

Following are the known issues with the latest release of Userful software

  • Touch may not work with Tile Welcome Screen Configuration (18005)
  • Adding or removing displays quickly while calibrating video wall may freeze the displays (17887)
Workaround: Wait until the calibration image appears on all the displays or Go to Support > Restart Displays or Reboot System
  • Session Length may show blank value under Session Details dialog window (17196)
Workaround: Reboot Userful server
  • Multi-Window and Picture-In-Picture source will play Web Browser content on the video wall at 24fps (17119)
  • Rise Vision source may not play the content if there is an image or video file in the presentation (17094)
